These works explore the journey through colour and the fluidity of water through semi-abstraction, representational and geometric forms. I wanted to study the seascape and take it in a new direction, using structured line and minimalism to build up movement throughout the piece.

The oil paint is layered over and over to build up texture and vibrancy. Finished with a soft satin varnish.
